Trailblazer (2019, Currency) is Marc Benioff's account, written with Monica Langley, of how a company's values can drive its growth. Benioff argues that the four core values of Salesforce, trust, customer success, innovation and equality, have been its greatest competitive advantage. He describes the 1-1-1 model of giving away 1 percent of employee time, profits and resources, the pay audits that corrected gender gaps in pay, and campaigns against an Indiana law seen as discriminatory and for a San Francisco tax for homeless services.
