The Litigators (2011) is a legal novel by John Grisham. David Zinc, a burned-out Harvard Law graduate at a big Chicago firm, walks out and lands at Finley & Figg, a tiny two-partner firm that chases quick settlements. The partners stake everything on a class-action lawsuit against a pharmaceutical giant over a cholesterol drug, and Zinc finds himself litigating against his old firm. Regarded as more humorous than most of Grisham's novels, it reached number one on The New York Times bestseller list.
