Switch Bitch

By Roald Dahl

Categories: Literature & Fiction

First published in 1974, this Roald Dahl collection brings together four stories for adult readers that originally appeared in Playboy: "The Visitor," "The Great Switcheroo," "The Last Act" and "Bitch." Two of the tales draw on the diaries of Oswald Hendryks Cornelius, the worldly Uncle Oswald, whose escapades involve seduction and a perfume with unusual powers. The others turn on deception and desire, delivered with the dark wit and unexpected turns typical of Dahl's fiction for grown-ups.
