Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Categories: Children's Books, Science Fiction & Fantasy
The fifth Harry Potter novel, published in 2003, opens with Harry stuck at the Dursleys' house, cut off from his friends, until a Dementor attack leaves him facing charges for using magic. He learns of the Order of the Phoenix, a secret group founded by Dumbledore to fight Voldemort. Back at Hogwarts, the Ministry of Magic denies Voldemort's return and installs Dolores Umbridge, who bans the practice of defensive spells, so Harry and his friends begin training classmates in secret.
