Simon Jonathan Sebag Montefiore is a British historian, television presenter and author of popular history books and novels, including Stalin: The Court of the Red Tsar, Monsters: History's Most Evil Men and Women, Jerusalem: The Biography, The Romanovs 1613–1918, among others.
