Michael Ruhlman

Michael Ruhlman is a food writer who began with The Making of a Chef (1997), about training at the Culinary Institute of America. He co-wrote The French Laundry Cookbook (1999) with Thomas Keller and Charcuterie (2005) with Brian Polcyn.
