Frank Partnoy

Frank Partnoy is a law professor and former derivatives salesman whose memoir F.I.A.S.C.O. (1997) exposed practices at Morgan Stanley. He wrote Infectious Greed (2003) about financial deregulation, and has taught at the University of San Diego and the University of California, Berkeley.
