Duff Cooper

Duff Cooper (1890-1954), 1st Viscount Norwich, was a British Conservative politician, diplomat and author. He resigned as First Lord of the Admiralty over the Munich Agreement, later served as ambassador to France, and wrote biographies of Talleyrand and Haig.
