Barney Frank

Barney Frank (1940–2026) was a Democratic US representative from Massachusetts from 1981 to 2013 who chaired the House Financial Services Committee and co-sponsored the 2010 Dodd–Frank Act. He was considered the most prominent gay politician in the country during his time in Congress.
