Anthony Myint is a San Francisco chef and restaurateur who co-founded Mission Street Food, Mission Chinese Food and The Perennial. He founded Zero Foodprint, a nonprofit funding carbon farming that was the James Beard Foundation's 2020 Humanitarian of the Year.
