Weather

Weather (2020) is a novel by Jenny Offill narrated by Lizzie, a librarian in New York who becomes increasingly anxious about the future. Lizzie takes a second job answering letters for her former mentor, Sylvia, who hosts a podcast about climate change and impending catastrophe. Juggling her husband, son and troubled brother, she begins to prepare for disaster, in a story told in short fragments.
