Turtles All the Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth (The Turtles Team, 2022) is an anonymous critique of childhood vaccination, first issued in Hebrew in 2019 and edited in English by Zoey O'Toole and Mary Holland. The authors argue that vaccine trials lacked inert placebo controls, that safety monitoring misses harms and that falling death rates from infectious disease owed more to sanitation than to vaccines. Its claims are disputed by mainstream medical bodies, and critics have documented errors in its use of research.
