Categories: Politics & Social Sciences
The Strange Death of Vincent Foster, first published in 1997, is the journalist Christopher Ruddy's investigation of the 1993 death of the White House deputy counsel, ruled a suicide by several official inquiries. Ruddy, who reported on the case for the New York Post and the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, questions the handling of the scene in Fort Marcy Park, the forensic evidence and the conduct of investigators. Those inquiries, including that of independent counsel Kenneth Starr, reached the opposite conclusion.
