This book presents the transcript of a 1996 symposium at Cardozo Law School in which Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger discussed Buffett's shareholder letters with scholars. Edited and annotated by Lawrence Cunningham, the conversation covers corporate governance, mergers, accounting, valuation, investing and management. It gives a rare record of Buffett and Munger explaining their thinking in an informal setting. Several other leading investors and executives also took part.
