The Billionaire Murders, by Toronto Star investigative reporter Kevin Donovan, is a 2019 account of the deaths of Barry and Honey Sherman, found in their Toronto home in December 2017. Barry Sherman founded the generic drug company Apotex, and the couple were prominent philanthropists. Police first suggested a murder-suicide before ruling the deaths a double homicide. Donovan examines the investigation, the private probe hired by the family, and the Shermans' business and family conflicts.
