The Bench
Categories: Children's Books
The Bench (2021) is a picture book by Meghan Markle, illustrated by Christian Robinson, about the bond between a father and his son. Written as a poem, it began as a piece Markle wrote for her husband on Father's Day after the birth of their son. Through scenes of families of different backgrounds, the book follows the moments a father and son share, from quiet days on a bench to milestones and comfort in hard times.
