Letters from an Astrophysicist
Categories: Science & Math
Neil deGrasse Tyson collects 101 letters he has received from members of the public over two decades, along with his replies. The correspondents ask about science, religion, politics, life and death, grief and hope, and some write to criticize or challenge him. Tyson answers each with patience, humor and a scientific perspective. Published in 2019, the book offers a personal view of how he thinks about the questions people bring to a scientist.
