This large illustrated volume (Taschen, 2007) by art historian Frank Zöllner presents all of Leonardo da Vinci's paintings together with his drawings. Alongside reproductions of works such as the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, Zöllner gives a biographical account of Leonardo's life in Florence, Milan, Rome and France, and a catalog of the paintings with notes on dating and attribution. The drawings cover his studies of anatomy, machines, water and the human figure.
