Fish! is a 2000 business fable by Stephen C. Lundin, Harry Paul and John Christensen, based on the workers at Seattle's Pike Place Fish Market, who became famous for throwing fish and entertaining customers. The story follows Mary Jane Ramirez, a manager asked to fix a demoralized department, who learns four practices from the fishmongers: choose your attitude, play, make their day and be present. The Fish! philosophy was widely adopted in workplace training programs.
