First Principles and First Values is a 2024 book published under the collaborative pseudonym David J. Temple, used by Marc Gafni and Zak Stein, joined here by Ken Wilber. Written as forty-two short propositions, it sets out a worldview its authors call CosmoErotic Humanism and argues that responding to the global 'meta-crisis' requires a shared, universal story of value.
