Extreme Programming Explained: Embrace Change
Categories: Computers & Technology
Extreme Programming Explained is Kent Beck's introduction to Extreme Programming, one of the most influential agile methods. This second edition was written with Cynthia Andres. Beck sets out the values, principles and practices of XP, including short release cycles, pair programming, test-first development, continuous integration and doing the simplest thing that could possibly work. He argues that teams should embrace change rather than fight it, and shows how to adopt XP in real organizations.
