Don't Burn This Book (2020) by Dave Rubin, host of The Rubin Report, argues that people should think for themselves rather than follow political tribes. Rubin describes leaving the progressive left, where he worked as a commentator for years, and how his show, which began in 2013 on The Young Turks network, became a place for open debate. He makes his case for checking facts on contested issues, standing firm against public shaming, and defending individual rights and limited government.
