Cross Fire
Published in 2010, Cross Fire finds the detective preparing to marry Bree Stone when a sniper begins killing corrupt Washington politicians and officials. As the shootings make the killers into public heroes, Cross also faces the return of Kyle Craig, his former FBI friend turned murderer known as the Mastermind, who has escaped and is determined to destroy him. Cross must stop both threats while trying to protect his family.
