Collected Poems, 1909-1962
By T. S. Eliot
Categories: Literature & Fiction
Collected Poems, 1909–1962, published in 1963, gathers the poetry T. S. Eliot chose to preserve, from Prufrock and Other Observations through The Waste Land, "The Hollow Men," and Ash-Wednesday to Four Quartets. It also contains the Ariel poems, the unfinished Sweeney Agonistes, the choruses from The Rock, a group of minor poems, and the late "A Dedication to My Wife." The cat poems of Old Possum's Book and the verse plays appear in separate volumes.

- Hillary Clinton: “That's an easy choice for me compared with the many poets I've appreciated over time. Included in that list are E. E. Cummings, T. S. Eliot, Seamus Heaney, Pablo Neruda, Mary Oliver and W. B. Yeats.”
