Bill Kinison, older brother and longtime manager of comedian Sam Kinison, tells Sam's story with journalist Steve Delsohn. The book traces Sam's path from Pentecostal preacher to one of the most explosive stand-up comics of the 1980s, through his fame, excesses and drug use, to his death in a 1992 car crash.
