By Steve Forbes
Steve Forbes, the publisher who sought the Republican presidential nomination in 1996 and 2000, sets out his political program ahead of the 2000 race. He argues for less government and more individual freedom, making the case for a flat tax, personal Social Security accounts, patient-controlled health care and school choice, and he includes a chapter on the moral foundations of a free society.
