5 Funny Animals (2023) by Adam and Charlotte Guillain is a rhyming counting book. Racing bears, bouncing frogs, sailing goats and other playful animals fill its pages, and young readers count and spot them as the rhymes move along. The book introduces number bonds, the simple pairs of numbers that add up to five, through play and interaction, so it can be shared as an early math activity.
